The activity consists of producing and licensing instrumental music pieces ("beats") under the Y2K — Season 1 collection.

Privacy

Data collected through the request form (name, email, and the project details you write) is used solely to respond to your licensing request: sending you the contract and coordinating file delivery.

It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. This site does not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Data is kept while there is an active or ongoing business relationship, and deleted afterwards unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (for example, invoicing).

You can request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your request, by writing to seint.madrid@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Terms of sale

These terms apply to licenses requested through this site, described on the licensing page.

The process: you send a request, receive a licence contract and a payment link, and once payment is confirmed the files are delivered digitally, usually the same day.

As this is digital content, the 14-day EU consumer withdrawal right is understood to be waived once the customer expressly confirms this in the licence contract and files are delivered. That waiver must be reflected in the contract itself.

Intellectual property terms, permitted use, and exclusivity for each piece are governed by the licence contract signed for that transaction, which prevails over this general text in case of conflict.
